The People of the State of New York, Respondent, v Richard M. Pepper, Appellant.

Motion by appellant for an enlargement of time to perfect an appeal from a judgment of conviction of the Justice Court of the Town of Southampton, Suffolk County, rendered February 3, 2010, and for leave to appeal on an abridged record.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is,

ORDERED that the branch of the motion by appellant for an enlargement of time to perfect the appeal is granted and the appeal shall be perfected by September 3, 2010; and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of the motion for leave to submit the appeal on an abridged record dispensing with the minutes of the trial is granted.
