Motion by respondent to enlarge the time file a reply brief and to direct appellant to turn over certain security deposits on an appeal from an order of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Queens County, entered June 26, 2009.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is,
ORDERED that the branch of respondent's motion seeking an enlargement of time to file a reply brief is granted, and said brief shall be served and filed by respondent within 14 days of the date of the order hereon; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of respondent's motion seeking to direct appellant to turn over certain security deposits is denied.
