Motion by the appellant for leave to reargue an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated April 21, 2008, which was determined by decision and order of this court dated March 30, 2010, for leave to reopen the appeal so that she may present oral argument of the issues, for leave to renew, and to extend her time to file motion for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
