DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellants pro se on appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated September 17, 2008, and October 2, 2008, respectively, for leave to renew and reargue a decision and order on motion of this court dated March 2, 2010, which denied their prior motion, in effect, to vacate a decision and order on motion of this court dated October 27, 2009, which, inter alia, directed them to settle certain transcripts and file a supplemental appendix, or, in the alternative, to enlarge the time to settle and file the transcripts and serve and file the supplemental appendix.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to renew and reargue the decision and order on motion dated March 2, 2010, is denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the time to settle and file the transcripts and serve and file the supplemental appendix is granted, and on or before August 24, 2010, the appellants shall (1) settle and file the transcripts of the proceedings of the hearing that occurred on September 25, 2008, and September 26, 2008, and (2) serve and file a supplemental appendix containing (a) the relevant portions of the transcripts of the proceedings on September 25, 2008, and September 26, 2008, (b) the notice of motion for the appellants motion, inter alia, to stay proceedings, and (c) any affirmation or affidavit filed in opposition thereto; and it is further,

ORDERED that no further extension of time to settle and file the transcripts and serve and file the supplemental appendix shall be granted.
