On the court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that its decision and order on motion dated June 22, 2010, in the above-entitled matter, which granted a motion by the appellant pro se, on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered July 6, 2009, is amended by deleting from the caption the name "Billy Joel" and substituting therefor the name "Joel Billy."
