Appeals by the defendant from two judgments of the County Court, Orange County, both rendered July 28, 2008.
On the court's own motion, it is
ORDERED the decision and order on motion of this court dated November 17, 2008, which granted the appellant's motion for leave to prosecute the appeal as a poor person and for the assignment of counsel, for the appeal pending under Appellate Division Docket No. 2008-08049, under Indictment No. 08-00432, is amended to reflect that the appellant is also granted poor person relief and the assignment of counsel for the appeal pending under Appellate Division Docket No. 2008-08680, under Indictment No. 08-00299. .
