(Index No. 18425-07)
| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the petitioners in a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78 which was transferred to this court by order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated August 2, 2007, for leave to submit a reply affirmation in connection with those branches of their prior motion, inter alia, to annul the underlying administrative determination, enjoin its enforcement, dismiss the underlying administrative complaint of the respondent Lynn Schneider, and deny the cross petitions for enforcement on the ground that she failed to list her claim in her bankruptcy proceeding, which by a decision and order on motion dated March 3, 2010, was referred to the panel of Justices hearing the proceeding for determination upon the argument or submission thereof.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
SKELOS, J.P., SANTUCCI, ANGIOLILLO and CHAMBERS, JJ., concur.
