The appellant's brief was filed in the office of the Clerk of this court on March 10, 2009, the brief of the respondent SCO Family of Services was served and filed on April 2, 2009, the brief of the attorney for the child Keisha Nicole Y.B. was served and filed on December 8, 2009, and the brief of the attorney for the child Daniel Marcus Y. was served and filed on June 14, 2010. Pursuant to § 670.4(a)(2) of the rules of this court (see 22 NYCRR 670.4[a][2]), it is
ORDERED that the brief of the attorney for the child Kia Kianna B. that was deposited in the office of the clerk of this court on June 24, 2010, is accepted for filing; and it is further,
ORDERED that the time of the attorney for the child Keith Wayne Y.B. to serve and file a brief on the appeal is enlarged until July 16, 2010; and it is further,
ORDERED that no further enlargement of time shall be granted.
