Now, upon reading and filing the statement of Kara A. Buscaglia, Esq., filed June 21, 2010,
It is hereby ORDERED that the application be and the same hereby is granted, and
It is further ORDERED that Deborah Scinta, Esq., 9 Westgate Road, Kenmore, New York 14217, is hereby assigned as attorney for the children, and
It is further ORDERED that the attorney for the children shall submit ten copies of her brief to the Court, together with proof of service, on or before August 18, 2010, and the Clerk is directed to accept said briefs for filing.
