Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Jonathan D. Cox, Esq. sworn to June 11, 2010, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, the affirmation of James Burgio, Esq. dated June 15, 2010, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered April 23, 2010 is hereby amended by deleting the date June 22, 2010 and inserting in its place the date August 23, 2010.

Memorandum: No further extensions of time to perfect will be granted.
