| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant on appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, both dated April 6, 2010, to punish the respondent for contempt for failing to comply with certain prior orders of the same court, to vacate a certain order to show cause, to compel enforcement of an order of the same court, to compel the issuance of a warrant of eviction removing the respondent and others from the subject premises, and to impose a sanction upon the respondent. Separate motion by the respondent to dismiss the appeals on the ground that no appeal lies from a decision.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the cross motion, and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion and the cross motion are denied.
