Separate motions by the appellants Creston Avenue Properties, Inc., and Norwax Associates, Inc., the appellants Martha Rodriguez and Tomas Rodriguez, and the appellants Arnold Pohl and Dawn Pohl to stay the trial in the above-entitled action, pending hearing and determination of appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated October 21, 2009, and November 24, 2009, respectively.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motions are granted and the trial in the above-entitled action is stayed pending hearing and determination of the appeals.
