It is Ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of staying the execution of the warrant of eviction until after August 10, 2010. This is to afford the appellant a final opportunity to perfect the appeal of an August 2009 order. If the appeal has been perfected prior to said date and the appellant is current in the payment of accruing use and occupancy, then the movant may seek a continuation of the stay beyond August 10, 2010.
