Motion by the respondent pro se for leave to defend an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Dutchess County, dated July 15, 2009, as a poor person and for the assignment of counsel.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that pursuant to Family Court Act § 1120 the following named attorney is assigned as counsel for the respondent to defend the appeal:
