Application by the appellants AAR Power Services, Inc., and AAR Engine Components Services pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) on appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated September 2, 2008, and March 2, 2010, in effect, for leave to file a brief responding to a point in the brief of the appellants Astoria Generating Company, L.P., Orion Power Holdings, Inc., Orion Power New York G.P. II, Inc., Reliant Resources, Inc., and Reliant Energy, Inc., and for a briefing schedule for the parties remaining briefs.
ORDERED that the application is granted and on or before August 2, 2010, the appellants AAR Power Services, Inc., and AAR Engine Components Services shall serve and file a brief responding to Point II of the brief of the appellants Astoria Generating Company, L.P., Orion Power Holdings, Inc., Orion Power New York G.P. II, Inc., Reliant Resources, Inc., and Reliant Energy, Inc.; and it is further,
ORDERED that the respondents shall serve and file their briefs, if any, on or before September 7, 2010; the appellants AAR Power Services, Inc., and AAR Engine Components Services shall serve and file a reply brief on or before September 22, 2010; and the appellants Astoria Generating Company, L.P., Orion Power Holdings, Inc., Orion Power New York G.P. II, Inc., Reliant Resources, Inc., and Reliant Energy, Inc., shall serve and file a reply brief on or before October 7, 2010.
