Motion by Vincent P. Mantia for leave to defend an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Queens County, dated September 22, 2009, as a poor person and for the assignment of counsel.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied, with leave to renew, on or before July 27, 2010, upon proper papers establishing Vincent P. Mantia's receipt of public assistance and information regarding his ownership or interest in the real property located at 30-60 Crescent Street, Astoria, and 6241 Davis Road, and the "Full Time Summer Gallery Business".
