Motion by the appellant on appeals from two orders of the Surrogate's Court, Kings County, dated August 3, 2009, and October 19, 2009, for leave to file a supplemental appendix containing a decree of the same court dated March 21, 2005, and certain notes dated August 15, 2005.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and on or before July 21, 2010, the appellant shall serve and file the supplemental appendix containing the decree dated March 21, 2005, and the notes dated August 15, 2005.
