The People of the State of New York, Respondent, v Monique N. Mooney, Appellant.

Motion by appellant for poor person relief and assignment of counsel on an appeal from a judgment of conviction of the District Court of Nassau County, First District, rendered May 5, 2010.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is,

ORDERED that the motion by appellant for poor person relief and assignment of counsel is denied without prejudice to renewal upon appellant's furnishing this court with proper papers.

Appellant has failed to furnish this court with the financial information necessary to determine whether she is indigent. The required forms may be obtained from this court's clerk's office.
