An appeal having been taken herein from an order of the Family Court, Cattaraugus County, entered in the Office of the Clerk of said Court on July 15, 2009, and respondent-appellant having moved for an extension of time within which to file and serve her reply brief,
Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of John A. Cirando, Esq., sworn to June 22, 2010, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
