Appeals by Kevin F. from two orders of the Family Court, Kings County, dated July 20, 2009, and October 22, 2009, respectively. By order to show cause dated May 28, 2010, the parties or their attorneys were directed to show cause why an order should or should not be made and entered relieving the attorney assigned to represent the appellant by order on certification dated April 15 , 2010, on the ground that the attorney has been unable to contact the appellant, and dismissing the appeals.
On the court's own motion, and no papers having been the papers filed in opposition or relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the assigned counsel is relieved of the assignment; and it is further,
ORDERED that the appeals are dismissed, without costs or disbursements.
