Application by the appellant pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to perfect appeals from three orders of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated August 10, 2009 (Appellate Division Docket No. 2009-09120), September 19, 2009 (Appellate Division Docket No. 2009-11760), and September 29, 2009 (Appellate Division Docket No. 2009-11761), respectively.
ORDERED that the application is granted and the appellant's time to perfect the appeals by causing the original papers constituting the record on the appeals to be filed in the office of the Clerk of this court (see 22 NYCRR 670.9[d][2]) and by serving and filing the brief on the appeals is enlarged until August 6, 2010.
