Motion by the appellant, inter alia, for leave to reargue his prior motion to enlarge the record on an appeal from a judgment of the Court of Claims dated August 25, 2009, to include certain exhibits from an expert witness, which was determined by decision and order on motion dated June 2, 2010, and to enlarge the record to include the results of a certain test.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
