Appeals by Tonie Marie T. from two orders of the Family Court, Suffolk County, dated March 26, 2010, and June 22, 2010, respectively.
Now, on the court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the appeal from the order dated March 26, 2010, pending under Appellate Division Docket No. 2010-06553, is dismissed, without costs or disbursements, as that appeal is a duplicate of an appeal pending under Appellate Division Docket No. 2010-03581, which was dismissed by decision and order on motion dated April 26, 2010.
