(Attorney Registration No. 1774629)

DECISION & ORDER ON APPLICATION

Ex-parte application by the Grievance Committee for the Tenth Judicial District for an order dispensing with service of the opinion and order of disbarment and deeming publication on the Court's web site and in the official state reports as well as the New York Law Journal to constitute sufficient service.
