Petitioner-respondent having moved for a second extension of time to file and serve a brief on the appeal taken from an order of the Supreme Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Livingston on June 9, 2009,
Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Kathleen M. Arnold, Esq. dated June 23, 2010, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the first ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered June 9, 2010 is hereby amended by deleting the date July 9, 2010, and inserting in its place the date August 19, 2010, and
It is further ORDERED that second ordering paragraph shall be amended by deleting the dated July 26, 2010 and inserting in its place the date September 3, 2010.
