Motion by appellant for a stay pending the determination of an appeal from a judgment of the City Court of Yonkers, Westchester County, entered April 9, 2010.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is,
ORDERED that the motion by appellant for a stay pending the determination of the appeal is denied.
Tenant failed to comply with this court's requirement that she deposit $500 with the City Court by May 18, 2010 and was evicted on May 19, 2010.
