Appeals by the petitioners and separate appeal by the attorney for the child from an order of the Family Court, Nassau County, dated November 6, 2009. Pursuant to § 670.4(a)(2) of the rules of this court (see 22 NYCRR 670.4[a][2]), it is
ORDERED that the appellants' time to perfect the appeals by causing the original papers constituting the record on the appeals to be filed in the office of the Clerk of this court (see 22 NYCRR 670.4[a][2]) and by serving and filing their respective briefs on the appeals is enlarged; and it is further
ORDERED that the petitioners-appellants shall serve and file their brief on or before August 6, 2010, and the attorney for the child shall serve and file a brief on or before August 13, 2010; and it is further,
ORDERED that no further enlargements of time shall be granted.
