| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the attorney for the child on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Queens County, dated May 6, 2009, to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief, to be provided with a copy of the minutes of the in camera interview of the child by facsimile or mail, and to direct the child be produced for an interview.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to direct the child be produced for an interview is granted, and on or before August 6, 2010, Chris Skeete shall produce the subject child at a location agreed upon by him and the attorney for the child; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief is granted, and the brief of the attorney for the child shall be served and filed on or before August 27, 2010; and it is further,
ORDERED that no further enlargement of time shall be granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to be provided with a copy of the minutes of the in camera interview of the child by facsimile or mail is denied.
