| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant Starbucks Coffee Company for leave to include in its brief certain photographs which are part of the record on appeal and to enlarge its time to serve and file its brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to include certain photographs in the brief is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the time to serve and file briefs is granted and the appellants shall serve and file their respective briefs on or before July 30, 2010; and it is further,
ORDERED that the respondents' brief shall be served and filed on or before September 7, 2010.
