| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the defendants Long Island Jewish Medical Center and North Shore-Long Island Jewish Health System, Inc., for leave to appeal to this court from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated June 2, 2010, and, inter alia, to enjoin the plaintiff from violating a certain restrictive covenant pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to appeal is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is, inter alia, to enjoin the plaintiff from violating the restrictive covenant is denied as academic.
