Motion by the appellant on appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated August 27, 2009, and November 25, 2009, respectively, in effect, to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal from the order dated August 27, 2009 (Appellate Division Docket No. 2010-00683).
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and the appellant's time to perfect the appeal from the order dated August 27, 2009 (Appellate Division Docket No. 2010-00683), is enlarged until August 4, 2010, and the appellant's brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
