| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant to stay enforcement of an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated April 28, 2010, pending hearing and determination of an appeal therefrom. Cross motion by the respondent, inter alia, to direct the appellant to include certain exhibits in her record on appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the cross motion, and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the cross motion which is to direct the appellant to include certain exhibits in her record on appeal is granted to the extent that the appellant is directed to perfect the appeal in accordance with the rules of the court (see 22 NYCRR 670.12.2); and it is further,
ORDERED that the cross motion is otherwise denied.
