It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted and the first ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered June 23, 2010 is hereby amended by deleting the date July 1, 2010 and inserting in its place the date July 22, 2010, and
It is further ORDERED that reply briefs, if any, shall be filed and served on or before August 6, 2010.
