It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered April 14, 2010 is hereby amended by striking therefrom the date June 14, 2010 and inserting in place thereof the date October 15, 2010 .
MEMORANDUM: The direct appeal should be perfected within the time frame set forth in this order.
