| ORDER ON APPLICATION |
Application by the respondent-appellant pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on an appeal and cross appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated June 29, 2009, and to enlarge the time to serve and file reply briefs.
ORDERED that the application is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the respondent-appellant shall serve and file his answering brief, including his points of argument on the cross appeal, on or before September 7, 2010 (see 22 NYCRR 670.8[c][3]); and it is further,
ORDERED that the appellants-respondents reply brief shall be served and filed on or before November 8, 2010, and the respondent-appellant shall serve and file a reply brief, if any, on or before November 29, 2010.
