On the court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that its decision and order on motion dated June 30, 2010, in the above-entitled matter, which, inter alia, granted the appellant's motion to consolidate appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated October 30, 2008 (Appellate Division Docket No. 2009-02637), and December 4, 2008 (Appellate Division Docket No. 2009-02640), respectively, with appeals from two orders of the same court, both dated January 22, 2009 (Appellate Division Docket Nos. 2009-03661 and 2009-04744), to the extent of ordering that the appeals be calendared together and argued or submitted on the same day, is amended by deleting from the first paragraph thereof the words "Appellate Division Docket Nos. 2009-02637 and 2009-02646" and substituting therefor the words "Appellate Division Docket Nos. 2009-02637 and 2009-02640".
