DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the respondents, inter alia, to calendar together appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered February 18, 2009 (Appellate Division Docket No. 2009-03160), and two orders of the same court both dated June 11, 2009 (Appellate Division Docket Nos. 2009-07617 and 2009-07618), and to enlarge the time of U.S. Realty Group, Inc., to serve and file a brief with respect to the appeal from the order entered February 18, 2009. Separate motions by the appellants to enlarge the time to perfect the appeals from the orders dated June 11, 2009.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the respondents' motion which is to calendar the appeals together is granted, and the appeals will be argued or submitted on the same day; and it is further,

ORDERED that the appellants' motions are granted, the appellants' time to perfect the appeals from the orders dated June 11, 2009 (Appellate Division Docket Nos. 2009-07617 and 2009-07618), is enlarged until September 9, 2010, and the records or appendice on the appeals and the appellants' briefs must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of the respondents' motion which is to enlarge the time of U.S. Realty Group, Inc., to serve and file a brief with respect to the appeal from the order entered February 18, 2009 (Appellate Division Docket No. 2009-03160), is granted, the time of U.S. Realty Group, Inc., to serve and file a brief with respect to the appeal from the order entered February 18, 2009 (Appellate Division Docket No. 2009-03160), is enlarged until October 12, 2010, and the brief must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,

ORDERED that the respondent's motion is otherwise denied.
