Ring, Michael, et al. v Printmaking Workshop
It is Ordered that the motion by the non-party appellant, the Elizabeth Foundation for the Arts, to stay enforcement of the order appealed from pending determination of the appeal is granted, provided that the appeal is perfected by no later than the November 2010 term - the filing date is September 7, 2010. If the appeal is not perfected by September 7, 2010, the stay is vacated.
