| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
On the court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that its decision and order on motion dated July 21, 2010, in the above-entitled matter, which, inter alia, denied the appellant's motion to stay enforcement of an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated April 28, 2010, pending hearing and determination of an appeal therefrom, is amended by deleting from the caption thereof the words "Frank Cervera, appellant, v Rossanna Bressler, respondent", and substituting therefore the words "Frank Cervera, respondent, v Rossanna Bressler, appellant", and by deleting from the second decretal paragraph thereof the citation "(see 22 NYCRR 670.12.2)" and substituting therefore the citation "(see 22 NYCRR 670.10.2)."
