DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the attorney for the children to be relieved on appeals from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated August 10, 2009, and four orders of the same court all dated October 6, 2009, and for the assignment of new counsel, and to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to be relieved and for the assignment of new counsel is denied; and it is further

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief is granted, the time of the attorney for the children to serve and file a brief is enlarged until August 25, 2010, and the brief of the attorney for the children must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,

ORDERED that no further enlargement of time shall be granted.
