DECISION AND ORDER ON MOTION

Motion for extension of time to perfect appeal and for continuation of bail order pending appeal.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion, and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion for an extension of time to perfect the appeal is granted, and the time to perfect the appeal is extended to September 14, 2010, and it is further

ORDERED that the operation of the order dated June 25, 2009 granting a stay of execution of judgment and release on bail is continued until determination of the appeal, provided the appeal is perfected by September 14, 2010. It is noted that no further continuation of the bail order will be granted.
