Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion by Frederick C. Meyer, Esq. for permission to withdraw as counsel of record for petitioners is granted, without costs, and no further proceedings shall be taken until August 16, 2010 and this order shall be mailed to petitioner by the Clerk of this Court and shall constitute notice to petitioner Robin Schulder to appoint another attorney under CPLR 321(c) or to proceed representing herself on the appeal and notice to petitioner Imported Quality Guard Dogs, Inc., to appoint another attorney under CPLR 321(c).
