Motion by the appellant to stay the trial in the above-entitled action pending hearing and determination of appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated October 26, 2009 (Appellate Division Docket No. 2009-11212), and December 3, 2009 (Appellate Division Docket No. 2010-00669), respectively, and a judgment of the same court dated January 6, 2010 (Appellate Division Docket No. 2010-01442).
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion, and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and the trial in the above-entitled action is stayed pending hearing and determination of the appeals.
