ORDERED that the motion by Maynard, O'Connor, Smith & Catalinotto LLP for permission to withdraw as counsel of record for respondent is granted, without costs, and no further proceedings shall be taken until the expiration of 30 days from the date of this decision and order, which shall be mailed to respondent by the Clerk of this Court and shall constitute notice to respondent to appoint another attorney under CPLR 321(c) or proceed representing himself on the appeal.
