On the court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that its decision and order on motion dated July 28, 2010, in the above-entitled matter, which denied a motion by the plaintiff for leave to appeal to this court from an order of the Appellate Term, Second, Eleventh, and Thirteenth Judicial Districts, dated March 19, 2009, which reversed a judgment of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Queens County, entered October 30, 2007, is amended by deleting from the caption thereof Appellate Division Docket Number "2009-05900", and substituting therefor Appellate Division Docket Number "2010-05900".
