| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the attorney for the children on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Queens County, dated May 26, 2009, to compel the respondent to produce the children for an interview and to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief.
ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that on or before August 25, 2001, the respondent shall produce the subject child at a location and time agreed upon by the respondent and the attorney for the children; and it is further,
ORDERED that time of the attorney for the children to serve and file a brief is enlarged until September 24, 2010, and the brief of the attorney for the children must be served and filed on or before that date.
