ORDERED that the scheduling order of this court dated April 26, 2010, and the orders on certification dated May 25, 2010, and June 17, 2010, on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Orange County, dated March 30, 2010, are amended by deleting therefrom the date "March 20, 2010," and substituting therefor the date "March 30, 2010".
