On the court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that its decision and order on motion dated July 28, 2010, in the above-entitled matter, which granted a motion by the appellant, on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated December 23, 2008, issued pursuant to CPL 440.30, is amended by deleting from fifth decretal paragraph the street address "10 Rector Street", and substituting therefor the street address "2 Rector Street."
