Motion by respondent to enlarge the time to file papers in opposition to a motion by appellant for a stay pending the determination of an appeal from an order of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Queens County, entered May 28, 2010.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is,
ORDERED that the motion by respondent to enlarge the time to file opposition papers to appellant's motion for a stay is denied.
