Motion by the appellant pro se to be furnished with the trial transcript, grand jury minutes, and indictment, in order to file a writ of error coram nobis from a judgment of the County Court, Dutchess County, rendered May 6, 2008, which was determined by a decision and order dated March 23, 2010.
